The is a bug which GR are apparently looking at. As far as I can tell, it manifests itself if you enter the site using your remembered details without specifically signing in.

If you sign out and then log back in again immediately your details will appear correctly - at least for a while.....!

No big deal, no doubt it will be fixed in due course.

there a rather lengthy thread on the go about this - we all seem to have had experience of being called Forename!!!
