could some one please help i have found on the 1901 mabel e fuggleborn circa 1895, paddock wood kent. it says father william i fuggle , but he or spouse are on census, just the children. please can any body make any sense of this.

hi jonesey thats the one surley he should be on the census as the children appear to be on their own with only a lodger who is of full age?
