Problems exporting Gedcom

It is nothing to do with the speed of your laptop.....!

1. If it is possible that you have changed your email address, check that GR have your current one

2. Check your email spam / quarantine folders. Some treat the attachment with its .ged extension as a suspicious file and won't allow it through.

Having recently lost all the information on my laptop I am trying to export my gedcom so I can rebuild my tree. I have done this successfully before but this time the gedcom seems not to be being sent - i just get message 'awaiting export' but no e mail - I have new super fast laptop. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong? Alice
