Thank you, Julie - I think I've solved it. Looks as though FindMyPast hasn't got the section I was after, because it keeps saying it can't find anything.

Edit - thank you, Ivy. I think I might just do that.

I think FMP is missing a page. The sch ref is 9, for Plymouth Grove, but FMP goes from sch 8 on page 2 to sch 12 on page 4. Might be worth pointing this out to them.
Edit (sorry, posted twice!)

Thank you, Mau! Have just been going backwards by street address through Chorlton so I'll see what that reference brings me!

Just to double check - is the 3390 the piece number? Only, the search box is insisting that I put piece number and folio number in.

Would anybody be kind enough to let me know the reference number for this census record? I can see it on Ancestry but am only subscribed to FindMyPast at the moment, where I can't locate it - the search keeps timing out.

In 1871 I can see an Elizabeth Watts b.1823 married to George F Watts - she is born in Salford, Lancs and the district they're living in is Chorlton (subdistrict - Chorlton upon Medlock).

I don't need anybody to find me the details of the household as I can get them using my FMP subscription, but wondered if anyone could kindly let me know the reference so I can find them on there.
