The National Archives has the Bath Registration District, 1891 Census Street Index on their site and they list the cottages as being in Twerton in Bath

If no one else comes up with local knowledge then try ringing the local library, local Studies Centre or Records Office.

They may well be able to pinpoint the area where the Cottages stood.

I contacted a local Studies Centre with a similar query and they confirmed that 'my' cottages no longer stood, neither did the lane, but confirmed the new name for the, now, road.
