my nans sister annie lee had a son called norman lee if she married 2 years later does the child change names again like now thx any help

I think you could do it official from 1927 on.
You can re-register a birth for two reasons:

•to add the name of the father on to the birth certificate – whether by choice or because of a court order
•if the natural parents have married since the birth of their child.
You will have to Google.
