I am trying to find a lost family member who was adopted few weeks after birth. John Gwynn is originally from gateshead born at the Queen Elizabeth in 1957. 25th of September we think he may have been adopted in Hexham. If anyone can help please get in touch.

If John is trying to find his birth family it is possible he has registered with the "government adoption contact register" - if you google this you will find it, however the address is:

'Jane' has a john Gwynn from Gateshead (1959) in her tree....might be worth contacting using SEARCH top left hand of the page.
