I am interested in finding a St Marys Church, shown on 1871 census in Widnes, but that does not come up on Parish list, any ideas what part of Merseyside area that will come under now?

If you google St Marys Church Widnes, quite a lot of stuff comes up....migh have what you are ;lookig for.

There is this website that might be some use - the church on this website was built in 1858, so it could be the one.
