You simply click on the Column Heading - all the screens that have a list work in a similar fashion.

Not all headings are sortable, you can tell which ones are by hovering over the heading an checking if a web address appears at the bottom left of the screen.

E.G. if you are in My Contacts, you can sort either by Name, by Rating or by Relation

If you are on Inbox then by Name, by Subject or by date.

Mine is fine now but I still cannot see the box that gives me the sort by option.

No, sorry don't have a problem with mine. All sorted as I expect it to be.

it is possible to sort messages by Name(alphabetically) Subject(alphabetically) and Date in either ascending OR descending order!

you will find a small arrow head pointing either up, or down indicating the sorted order......
this system works with most of the listings, including the boards,ie Last Reply

Normally when people recieve messages they are in date order.

When I clicked on the envelope to get to read the message,it wasn's the first message.

the message had disappeared into the middle of all my 46 pages,ie 2010 should be first but this had disappeared in to the 1993 messages so there is a glitch .

Yes, you can sort your Inbox by Date - where is the glitch?

I did that recently....no idea how...and found I could sort it by clicking on DATES.

It's another Glitch from GR ,

Mine went like that last night when I clicked on the envelope to look at a new message someone had sent me..

They will sort it in time(but when your guess is as good as mine)

I have just clicked on something that changed the order in my message in box but I do not know what I did, It used to be possible to sort by date but I cannot see how now, Any ideas?
