Hello GoldenGirl1, I'm glad my thread has helped you. There's always something to learn on this site. I was a member for ages before I found the Community boards and made plenty of mistakes I can tell you.

You don't really need to delete your messages - as I said, I have 300 pages of the things because I do a lot of messaging! Likewise with threads - they are not taking up any space on your computer as it is all stored on Genes.

Take care. Cx.

Hi Cynthia, Well I've learnt something new also. I
thought you had to delete all messages in and
sent as to make space for the next months.Emma

Did you perhaps click on one of the column headings without realising it? This will cause your messages to be sorted by that heading. Just re-sort them to the order you prefer by clicking again on the column heading

E.G. if you are in My Contacts, you can sort either by Name, by Rating or by Relation

If you are in your Inbox or your sent messages then choose to sort by by Name, by Subject or by date.

Hi, I was in the middle of answering some pm's and, suddenly, my message boxes - both in and sent - have gone haywire. The messages are all mixed up in date order - 2007-2010 all in a jumble!!

I have over 300 pages of messages on both in and sent so this is quite a problem.

Have a feeling someone else had this problem yesterday so wondered if GR were tinkering again but it's a bank holiday!!!

Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks Cx.
