Hi Laura,

A few months ago I realised I'd made a mistake as there were two females of the same name and age living in the same district and one was living in the street my gt grandmother lived so I presumed she had to be my gt gt gran. Unfortunately I was proved wrong when my gt grans birth cert arrived.

I simply edited the details to the correct gt gt gran and all those above I added NK NK for their names until I was able to identify the correct details. It was much easier than deleting numerous names.

you cannot reverse it, you have to delete all below her first

if you havent put the right wife in as well then you can just amend the name to grandmas and save

I wonder if anyone can help, i've accidentally put the wrong name and details into my tree, (I have my grandparents then put my great grandmother in as my grandfathers wife) and it won't let me delete the mistake as there are other relations. How do I reverse the mistake?
