Taken from your other 2 posts on your Father from a year or so ago..

anyone know my father frank davies. married constance worland 1905 and later divorced. he was badly wounded at Dunkirk ww11 i believe his fathers name was william henry retired gardener and his mothers name may have been annie. he may have had 4 brothers and maybe a sister. any infomation would be appreciated regards myrtle

Did you ever get your parents marriage cert for info?

Spouse Surname: Worland<<Constance A.
Date of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep 1939
Registration district: Lewisham

Or try for his birth cert to get his exact date of birth to be able to search deaths for him?

Or the one in Greenwich that I posted earlier which I feel would be the correct one if the 1911 census below is him with his parents as you say his father was a Gardener and it is in Greenwich reg district.

I had to send a copy of the death cert to get my Father out of Laws WW2 records for my "darling".

Also for my Grandfathers..

It is to be able to prove kinship..

As Paula W says Myrtle he should be on 1911 so if you give what you do know we may be able to trace him, hard with the name Davies, but not impossible.

I note that you have him on your tree as born 1905 Greenwich.

But can only find this ref, would this be him?

Births Sep 1904
DAVIES Frank Greenwich 1d 1112

Did he and your mother marry. Perhaps if you send for the his marriage cert will give more details to search back. If he was born in 1905 then he should appear on the 1911 census. You did not specify any area in England

I have applied for my late fathers army records and I don't remember sending a death cert in. But I may be wrong.
