it may have changed because you went into Your Account, and changed some information on there ..... such as subscription status.


That's what I did, I lost Sylvia (in Canada), and changed to the name under which I am registered on this site


Then you have to go to Boards Summary as SatNav said, and re-enter your board name

BUT

they no longer acept anything except "alphabet"


No spaces, no brackets, no symbols

that's why I am now SylviaInCanada


If you want to have all the "extras" you have to change your name in My Account.





Just another "improvement" by GR ........... dates back about 6 months or so.

If the community box wont accept the way you want to write it........goto your account and put it in your "First name box" and save it there......

Go to "Boards summary"
Scroll down to the bottom
Enter your "posted by" name again.

cant say why .maybe its a genes glitch I have lost my musical notes against my name and cant get them back in.
to change your name go to your account and change the name from Heather back to Bessof Dorset and press save,
If it doesn't work or the name Bess etc is still there then you may have to wait for the glitch to sort itself out.

Can anyone explain why my "posted by" name has changed to my real name rather than" Bessof Dorset "-how do I change it back?
