On Emily`s marriage cert 1886 father is Robert Passmore- Ref???man in iron works

1881 census has 2 Emily Passmore both born 1866 Ystalyfera, Glamorgan, wales. 1 living with family the other a servant but theres only one birth reg Dec 1865 Neath, Glamorgan.

I wanted to check that the emily living with family was my Emily but im getting no results for 1871 in wales

If there`s only one birth reg does that mean that Emily is entered twice in 1881 and where is she in 1871

Please help!!!!!

It's a possibilty that her parents put her down when the enumerator was at their house and John Evans put her down when the enumerator was there.

Don't forget Servants had only half a day off so she would have to be back to serve them their supper...

It could be them in 1871 the only thing that is different is in 1881 Robert is born staffordshire!!! not Devon.

The image actually has Birmingham, Staffordshire for both Robert & Sarah although the transcriber/Ancestry has changed it to Warwickshire for Sarah and left it as just Staffordshire for Robert.
