she may have married outside of UK,so there wont be a record found here,unless she payed to have it entered in English indexes.

Tried and covered all options of finding my birth mother. Seems there is no death registered for her but she hasn't used her nhs number since 1990?. Is emmigration the obvious answer? and if so does anyone know of any way of searching beyond these shores?
