I can't help with John Wilkinson's birth etc as I don't as yet have the parish records for Chislehampton, but Margaret Rose probably can

These places are in Oxfordshire-on the Records Office Board is a lady named Margaret Rose who offers Oxfordshire look ups

Hi Joan Anne

I presume you mean BMD's? Or rather Baptisms, Marriages and Burials?

You need to look at Parish Registers for those. The IGI is a good starting point though the information may not be accurate.
