Can't Upload Tree (Gedcom Problem)

Member Since: May 2010 Posts: 9 Send Message	Hi, I'm new to GR and I can't upload my Gedcom, I have done what it said and put it in 5.5 ANSI format but it just comes up with "there has been an unexpected error" this has been the case for the last 6 days. I emailed support but no response, what am I doing wrong? Kylie.

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 7,819 Send Message	Just run a test, creating a new gedcom of my tree from FTM 2010. Upload took just 3 minutes. Then about 40 minutes until the receipt of email from GR to confirm the file had been processed ok.
