I have noticed that a number of people have 2 or more threads about the same family and have been told to put them all on the one thread. I know that you are only allowed 1 thread per family. How do they do this without deleting the information. I am computer illiterate!

If there is info on one thread only, you can delete the "spare" one by clicking "delete" on the original message.
If info has been posted you can save it or transfer it to the other thread. Do you know how to copy & paste?

You can't, unless you copy and paste any replies you wish to keep first.

The other alternative is not to delete but to copy and paste the link to the other thread and vice versa.

Personally I think that may be the easiest option so you don't delete important info by mistake.

Good luck whatever you decide to do :)
