Hi everyone,

I am not sure if this is the right board. Am I the only person that cannot get results from IGI or Cut and Paste. I have tried numerous times, following the instructions given for IGI, when I click on batch no. the only person that comes up is the original person I entered, I know there are a number of siblings but they do no show up. What am I doing wrong? Cut and Paste I can copy o.k. but cannot paste to new folder in my docs.
