Member Since: July 2008 Posts: 69 Send Message	Hi Liz Thanks for replying I have contacted the local library in Newbiggin and they don't have any records held there they did give me an alternative website but in was going to cost £12.50 for a search which i thought was a bit expensive Regards Brenda

	If you contact the library local to the area, they may hold the electoral rolls for those dates, or be able to tell you where they are kept. Some places offer to do look ups, but may charge. (I paid £6 for a look up in London). Have you tried a search on this site to see if anyone else is looking for the family Liz

My mother in law was born there February 1924 and we are trying to find out who they might have been staying with (family?) as my mother in laws family belong Gateshead /Fellingso any information would be most grateful RegardsBrenda
