Cannot load my family tree plan

My family tree plan is failing to load. It does not draw my tree or other members. Prior to this I was not able to add an ancestor to the tree with a message saying 'you cannot access this tree'. I have pressed f5 and also cleared temporary internet files with no success. Can anyone suggest what I should do.

Although mine's OK, other people on 'Chat' seem to be having a problem.

Try sending an email to GR via the 'Help' drop down box. They may tell you to make sure you have the latest 'viewer'.

Hi Brian, I'm now having this same problem. Did you get sorted? Regards, Monica

Hello Monica,
Still got the same problem, I am stuck. Sent off a message to the support team but could take 2 to 3 days for a reply. Got a feeling it might be a new version of an Adobe flash player that I got an update to install yesterday, although I added about 30 ancestors to the tree without any issue before it went wrong. Have you any ideas?
Regards,
Brian.

hi Brian
Thanks for the hint about Adobe Flash update! I have now deleted update and reverted back to Adobe Flash Player v 9 and no problems. Yippee!!! see how you go.
