Information has been collated for me and is on the boards,I have been told how to transfer ti file but do not understand nor can I SEE ANYWHERE THAT I CAN COPY HELP PLEASE

BAILEY DERBYSHIRE QUERY RE ACCOUNT....I CANNOT GET MUCH SENSE RE MY QUERIES WOULD YOU CONFIRM THE DETAILS OF MY ACCOUNT AND ALSO EXPLAIN SOMETHING,PLEASE LOOK AT MY TREE AND ENSURE IT IS ALL ON THE CLIPBOARD I HAVE NOW DONE THIS FOR SEVERAL YEARS BUT NOT KNOWN ABOUT THE CLIP BOARD,,I AM EIGHTY YEARS OLD AND ENJOY THE TREE BUT ITS NOT MUCH USE IF YOU SEND ME NOTICES I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WILL YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME THANKS MARIAN HUNT NEE CAMSEY CONFIRM IMMEDIATLY THAT I AM STILL A FULL MEMBER OF SOME YEARS ALSO..I RENEWED IT AND YOU APPEAR NOT TO RECOGNISE ME AFTER MANY YEARS OF CONTINUAL MEMBERSHIP THAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN FULL MEMBERSHIP I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR HELP PLEASE HELP UNRAVEL THIS PROBLEM AND EMAIL ME CONFIRMATION SOON,I DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG I CAN CONTINUE, BUT WANT A FEW MONTHS PLEASE,,I HAVE PAID FULL SUBSCRIPTION FOR SOME YEARS NOW AND WOULD LIKE YOUR ANSWERS TO MY QUERIES AND YOUR FULL CO.OPERATION IN ASSUREING ME OF YOUR CONTINUED ASSISTANCE ALSO ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO WHEN WANTING TO PRINT OUT MY TREE,,DO I ORDER FROM YOU//??i await your attention please i cannot afford to be unable to have your continuing help and advice sincerely Marian Hunt nee Camsey

to copy and paste Marian this is what you do

drag your cursor over the text that you wish to copy then go to "Edit" at the top of the page [right up the top] - click on copy - then go to a blank document in your documents on your computer and right click on the mouse and the information will be pasted on the blank document for you
