Hi Tony,

'Doh' ... I was afraid that was the case. I'd be very grateful for a search.

My Grandmother's name is Vera Doreen Satterley b. 22/12/1910
Her father: Albert Ernest Satterley (was 26 at the time)
Her mother: Violet Satterley, nee Schute (was 19 at the time)

Vera was the second of 6 children, I believe.

Thank you for your help.

By the way, how do you get the BDM cd?

Cheers,
Carol

Hi Carol.

Unforunatley, South Australia BDM's are not searchable ( on-line ) unlike some other states.

There are some early searchable ones up to 1853 ( on-line ) bit not so after this time.

Some of us carry the BDM cd. for South Aus. ( births up to 1928 )
If you can give us some names ( your grandmother ) and her parents names we can have a search for you,( siblings ) if it falls earlier than 1928

After this year Australian Privacy laws are restricted, to protect people who may be still living.

Hi there,

Is there a way to access BDM Sth Australia online? I'm trying to find my grandmother's siblings but don't know their names - only their parents' names.
Any advice much appreciated.

Cheers,
Carol
