William James Sims gave his place of birth as Old Canning Town (Essex) in 1875. He married Jessie Allen in 1898 and I have found him in 1901 when he was living in Clifford Road, Plaistow and in 1911 when he was living in Hilda Road Canning Town. I cannot find him in 1881.

I have tried SIMS and SIMMS, but no luck. A fresh pair of eyes would be very much appreciated.
