Yes Inspector - one at a time!
Mind you at least you can edit them in the photosoftware and crop the edges. You can then save all together in a PDF file (if you have a program that allows to insert pages in the pdf file).
Am up to about page 10 now with around 40 to go!

Am I right in assuming there isn't a 'save all' option, and that you have to do each image individually?

My wife's grandad has two files, the second of which appears to be a partial copy of the first one, in all 39 pages - so it looks like it will take me a little while to copy them all over.

Just tried it again as you suggested - now working. This wasn't showing before - it only gave the option of shoebox or person.

So now to download all the images indivudually and save in a PDF!

Many thanks

I have just tried saving the image a WW1 service record on my computer and it works perfectly well.

When viewing the image, click on the Save button top right just above the image. This then presents three options one of which is save to your computer. Click this option and the image is saved as a jpg file on your computer.

For multiple pages on a record, simply go to the next page and repeat the process.

I am trying to download a WW1 service record from Ancestry and it doesn't let me save to computer like other records. Could it be that there are too many images on the record or is it something that you can just attach to somebody and not download?

I have tried to do one image at a time - still no joy.

Any suggestions?

Many thanks
