hi,
i'm trying to find my brothers in law.....we've got no contact details at all for them, apart from living in the Manchester area. I've searched 192.com with no luck.
Does anyone have any ideas where i could look next,

thanks,

You could try Jean on the records board. She will do a electoral roll look up for you...... Worked for me twice.
