Did you return to your previous threads?

Or did you just keep posting new threads??

To find your threads ...... look to the left, a box headed TOOLS

click on My Threads

That will show you a listing of all threads that you have started, or on which you have posted

then you can see whether anyone replied on there

HI Syliviaincanada yes i just kept posting new threads but they weren't all for the same person but quite a few of them were anyway i don't want to annoy or upset anyone again so if you could help that would be great

anne

did you ever read or reply to those other threads?

If not .............. find them by clicking on My Threads in the Tools to the left of your screen

then start from there, by continuing on THOSE threads.

Do not start any more new threads until you/we see what is on the old ones.

It might that it is impossible to find your grandfather

Hi sylvia yes i did reply to them but i know now where my grandad was born that was the problem i couldn't find a birth record for him in britton but found everything else his marrige, family and death. I was going to ask for an Australian look up as thats where he was born, and i didn't know if i was to go into one of the treads or not

Yes, go into the thread that has the most info and add another message giving your new info.

Also open up your first post to change the title. Add something like 'Australian lookup'. Although if you know the state he was born in it would be better to use that.
