Yes, that is what I do, I have never had a problem before, it has only happened twice, which was recently

You need to click the message subject, not the other members name.

Not sure what this all means. I assume you have opened messages before? Just in case:
run cursor over "Messages"- don't click
drop-down menu - click on "inbox"
click on the message you wish to read

Hi all,

Not sure if the right board. I have been advised that there is a message, (usually from someone that I have helped on the boards.)

When I go to open it says Access to their tree, Request to your tree. Use notes about (Use this box to record notes about a contact and their link to your tree). Message envelope does not open.

Can anyone please explain this, thanks
