Parent addition - HELP

When I was doing an update of my mothers parents I inadvertenly deleted her parents & somehow added my mother to my fathers parents. Now my mum & dad appear to be brother & sister with a family between them ohhhh.
I have tried to make a change but I can't - when I try to change the parent it only gives me the choice of my fathers parents....HELP

I assume this has gone beyond just changing the names in the boxes!
You could try contacting Genes - I believe they will try & sort this out for you. Contact link is via "help" box above right.

I tried to change the parents but I was unable to - also I have 69 tree members so yes it has gone way passed just trying to change the names. I will contact the "help" link.
