Hi - I have found a marriage that I was looking for, it gives the district name as ALED - never heard of it, does anyone out there know where it is, or what it is now? Thanks. Eddie

Eddie, if I have this problem I just google "registration district ....." and you normally see an entry for it on freebmd or genuki. Find this is the quickest way.

If you're looking on FreeBMD you can just click on the registration name - that will open up a new window which tells you where it is and what places are included in the district.
