My grt grt grandparents elizabeth osbourn and william collet were married 18/10 /1830 i am trying to get a copy of the cert to find out info on there parents but dont been able to get it because of the year ,can anyone hlp me .thankyou

There won'r be a cert as these started with registration in 1837. You can only find parish records/
