	You can search using FreeBMD up till about the 1930's. After that you need a site like Ancestry or Findmypast. Who is it you are looking for? EDIT - not sure what has happened to your thread Moonbi - your request seems to have disappeared and just left your title. Kath. x

	Before 1837 you have to search the parish records ! (registers) This site has filmed and transcribed a lot www.familysearch.org Is this the marriage (from the site usually refered to as the IGI-International Genealogical Index maintained by the Morman Church) 29 March 1819 at Thorney Cambridgeshire Thomas SUTTON Ann WALTON
