Need some help deciphering occupations, for Isaac Richards born 1801 and his wife Elizabeth 1801, from Manchester, with Daughter Jane 1826.
Any help appreciated.

Assume you mean Isaac.

They have used an ornate letter L.
Isaac is a Labourer
Elizabeth is a Laundress (some old letter s were written like f)
Jane - no occupation.

Having looked further up the page to see if there are any similarities is possible that it could be Farmer.
