Go to ‘Card Catalogue’ on the right of your home page.

On the next page, make sure you’ve ticked the box ‘only records from UK and Ireland’

Then further down that left hand column, select ‘Tax, Criminal, Land & Wills’

The first result in the big green box should be 'England & Wales, Criminal Registers, 1791-1892', as given by Jonesey.

Click on that and search away.

According to a FH magazine, the Assize Old Bailey Sessions papers (Middx, parts of Essex, and London are available on line up to 1913 at oldbaileyonline.org. and may be searched for free.
Welsh ones (1543-1830) are at the National Library of Wales, Aberystwyth. After then, the article refers you to llgc.org.uk
The National Archive also holds Session papers. It advises you to read the in depth research guides at nationalarchive.gov.uk/records under ‘Assizes: Key for Criminal Trials 1559-1971’

As I haven't tried it, it's anyones's guess how useful the links would be.
