how do I delete people from my tree

whilst building my tree I accidently added a mother when it should have been a spouse! Now it won't let me delete the mother. Please help I'm so new to this. |

I understand that the GR tree won't allow you delete anyone if they have children. You have to delete the children first. |

if you give the details to g/r they will delete it for you they done it for me may take a little while. |

When I have added someone by mistake, or realised that I have got everything wrong, I have just changed the incorrect name to Unknown Unkown. You have to put in an estimated date of birth if you do this. If you can then find the right person, you can just change it again. |
