Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 456 Send Message	Can anyone help , found the notice of a will from 1931 on ancestry and it says after the name Probate Llandaff 12th Aug 1931 to Florence Ada Howells spinster and George Northcott Howell solicitor effects £808.14s 4p . Florence was her daughter does this mean that she had the money or she just had to sort things out with the solicitor as she did have a brother and sister and how will i get a copy of the will Many thanks Pam

	The two people named on the record are just the people probate was granted to - probably the executors of the will. There could be other beneficiaries named in the will. Kath. x
