Adopted family and Bio family

Hello All

I have 2 accounts a) Adopted family (Platinium member) and b) Biological family (Free membership). Thanks to GR I found my Bio Mother last year and have since been trying to trace the famil tree.

Question is. Can I 'swap' my Platinium membership (for my Adopted family) over to my Biological family? I could then make contact with possible relatices and request access to their trees.

Kind Regards
Warren

I may be wrong but I would have thought that you could search the trees on Genes and if you find someone who you think has a member of your bio family in their tree you could still contact them because you have a platinum membership. Your platinum membership does not limit you to contacting only people in that one tree.

If you are still unsure you could contact Genes and ask them.
