copying london marriages from ancestry

I don't know if it's me or the system but when I try to save or print a marriage entry from Ancestry, it won't let me do it.

Depending on where the entry is, when I send it to print, all I get is the top margin of the page.

I'm now taking a digital photo of the image and then transferring it to the pc and printing from there.

Is anybody else experiencing the same problem

Thanks

margieann

Have you tried copying and pasting, then print?

No I've tried that and it won't let me do it.

I have done some this evening, right click mouse on image (at 100%) , "save picture as" ( to 'my pictures' then print it off...no problems..

Thanks for the suggestions
I think it's the way my pc is set up as it still won't copy it.
