For 1901/1911 census (practically all that's available):

Start with what you DO know and work backwards.

Do you have your parents' marriage cert and/or your father's birth cert? These are your starting points for ages and dates. There are some Irish records online, including the 1901 and 1911 census and the birth, marriage and death indexes.

There are also quite a few threads with advice for researching Ireland.

As AOGG says, post some details and somebody will help.
