Another Survey on Facebook

That's a bit of a cheek offering different prizes to GR members than Facebook members. If anything GR members should have been offered the better prize as we are the ones supporting the site.

I too took the FMP survey. I would say it comes down to price as to whether or not I'd use it. Ancestry already offer this service

If you are going to do the survey Chris then complete it on Facebook. There is the chance to win a six month Platinum subscription.

That's if you have Facebook as I know not everyone does.

Like Liz I had the survey via an e.mail from FMP and they were offering a years subscription lucky draw as an incentive to complete it. Worth about £140

I then had an e.mail from Genes with the same survey and their incentive was a 6 months Gold Membership lucky draw. Worth about £70

So Genes members aren't so money orientated then ;-)

Well I have taken the survey so it will be interesting to see whether their idea actually happens.

I've just taken the survey,
seems a good idea,
if the price is right,it would make ideal presents.

Would like to see it happening.

Hi Liz,

Is the survey worth doing? I'm in Oz and have to wonder if this new idea would only be UK based.

Regards,

I completed a similar survey on FindmyPast yesterday.

If any members who are on Facebook, GR has another survey in regard to a new product. They are thinking of introducing the concept of reproducing your family tree in book form via the internet.

I personally haven't completed the survey as yet but will later in the day and will report back.
