BMD Images in GR Family Tree

Does anyone else have this problem, or do you just not bother with the GR tree? After successfully searching for a B M D or Census record and attaching the image to the tree, the marker appears in the Gallery. However, when clicking on the marker to view the image again, for BMD images, a "Loading" icon appears in the image window, but the image itself never appears. For census images, a message appears saying something like "this action cannot be completed at the moment - please try again". Manually searching for the same records produces instant results! I emailed the GR team about this but no solution so far. Anyone have any ideas? |
