GR Renewal

Thanks for all your replies. I have contacted GR but, as yet, no reply (no surprise there).

Letting the membership lapse does seem the obvious answer. I am on single membership (I checked) so hopefully they won't do anything when it runs out.

Thanks again
Beverley

GR is supposed to e-mail you to let you know that your membership is due for renewal but, in all the years that I have been a member of this site, I have never received notification ... confused emoticon :-)

If you can't change it in your account I'd contact GR and tell them that when you renew it is to be at which level

can you not let your existing one lapse?
and then re register at the 9 95 rate?
other than that maybe you could contact genes direct and ask there?
unless maybe someone else has a better idea,

Can someone advise me please.

I started paying for GR about a year ago and paid the £30ish subscription which I discovered was probably a mistake. Six months ago I received an email saying my subscription was due to run out and I could renew. I wanted to change to the £9.95 subscription but I don't recall it giving me that option. I clicked on 'renew now' and ended up paying £30ish again. It's now time to renew again and I don't want to pay another £30ish so how do I just pay the £9.95?
