How can I look up a Will.

Ancestry have

England & Wales, National Probate Calendar (Index of Wills and Administrations),1861-1941 which gives a value of the Estate and the names of those who adminstered it.

Not everyone had a Will or an Estate which went for Probate or Administration.

Wills, even recent ones if they exist and went to probate, can be bought from the Probate Office. Try this link to read up on it.
