hi all
just a warning
my daughter delated my tree the other day [by mistake]
and i have no back up [i have it all wrote on paper]
but now i have to do my tree all over again
so please be careful and have some sort of back up
for your tree

I have FTM so if i accidentally did delete the genes tree i could do a gedcom and reinstall it. You cant do a back up of the genes tree.
I back up my FTM to a memory stick

Very risky to have your only tree online.I also have FTM at home plus backup on cd.

You can back up your GR tree. Just take a gedcom export from time to time and save is somewhere safe.
