can someone tell me why genes tells you to add to your message to put it at the top of the page, doesnt that mean that your message is on twice which is what we are being told not to do

It just means that when you add a message to a thread it moves the thread up to the top. You can add anything just the word nudge or even just the letter n.

No you don't have to write the message again. Just click on "Add" and type in the letter n and hit submit.

in your post, you will see add,and edit, and delete.
If you make a mistake, or want to change something, just click on edit and your message appears in a box, you can alter or add to this, and then hit submit........(or preview if you want to see what your post will contain.)
delete does just that, removes your message /post completely,

if your thread has run its course, you can go to your very first post, and click on delete, and it will disappear entirely. although the threads do NOT occupy any space on your Pc..( your thread MIGHT contain useful info for other readers,)
