I am trying to find out what my granmothers name was.
She married my grandfather James Lamond in Scotland.
His last address was in Bishopbriggs Nr Glasgow.
Thanks

When ?

If the marriage took place in Scotland then you need to use scotlandspeople which is a pay to view site but 75 year rule on marriages

As GB notes, there's a closure on images of 100/75/50 y for BMDs.
Older dates, you can buy an uncertified image of the rego for abt 1 GBP, but more recent events cost 10GBP (I think) for a certified extract.
Her parents will both be named on a BM or D.
For a D, the informant would have to know this info.
For a B, her unmarried father can only be named if he pretty much accompanies her mum to the registrar.

What's the first name of your Grandmother and what year, or estimate, were they married?
