I've just discovered my subscription has run out, but only by going to 'My account'. It now says I am a registered guest. They haven't told me that my sub was coming to an end, so perhaps I should phone and see how much discount I can get as others have done on another thread on here.

Hi all,
Is anyone else having trouble accessing Ancestry UK? The home page has taken about 15 minutes to appear and then it's telling me to install 'widgets' from the list on the left - except that they are not there! I've now clicked on messages and that's still loading after 5 minutes.
