Does anyone know how I can obtain any birth death or marriage information from Canada from 1923 onwards?

Very difficult to access any records that recent in Canada. Some provinces have access to later deaths but not all. Do you know the province?

Yes I think they lived in Alberta.

Well, I think Alberta is one of the provinces that don't have any records online. Perhaps someone can correct me?

Here's where to get Alberta BMDs
http://www.servicealberta.gov.ab.ca/VitalStatistics.cfm

However, there's a 100/75/50 y closure except for close family

Older records (thru 1905) are available via the provincial archives, as are some more recent indices.
