I am seeking a William Charles Smith,i have recd a copy of his marriage cert from 1922.
In 1922 he was living at 9 Grace St. Birkenhead,Cheshire. age 22yrs listed as a Teamowners Carter,his father is listed as Thomas same occupation.

I do not know where he was born,so i am at a standstill.Is there a way to look at the address and see who lived at Grace St in 1901/11
Any advice would be welcome

Thank you so much there is a witness listed as a Lilian Isabel Smith,and he has a sister Lillie in cencus,i will order the birth cert,for William to see if Charles is included as second name.

However the one in 1911 census does say he was born "West Gorton " --So wondered about this birth !!
