A lot depends on whether you are searching for a name you already know, in which case the Electoral Roll or Phone Directory is a good start, or for people who you don't yet know about, but who might be your distant cousins, in which case sites such as this are more appropriate.

Hi, I know you cant search for living relatives on Genes reunited so other than 192.com I dont suppose anybody has any tips on searching for them? thanks
